Management Cease Trade Order

By | Press Releases

VANCOUVER, BC – May 29th, 2018 – ZoomAway Travel Inc. (TSXV: ZMA) (the “Company”) www.zoomawaytravel.com today announces that the Management Cease Trade Order (MCTO) remains in place given that it has still not filed its audited annual financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2017, along with management’s discussion and analysis and CEO and CFO certificates relating to the audited annual financial statements. The company is required to file a news release biweekly until these filings are completed.

As previously reported, the filing of the Company’s audited annual financial statements is in default because the Company’s Controller was unable to prepare the necessary financial information for Zoomaway’s auditors, Davidson & Company, in a timely manner due to these tragic personal circumstances. The Company has been working on addressing these circumstances and has retained a Chartered Professional Accountant, qualified to practise in the State of Nevada where the Company is headquartered, to assist with preparing the consolidated statements. Zoomaway and its auditors anticipate that the financial statements will be filed soon. CEO, Sean Schaeffer said, “We have been diligently working to complete the audit along with the first quarter report and we hope to be back in compliance soon.”
