VANCOUVER, BC – November 28, 2017 – ZoomAway Travel Inc. (TSXV: ZMA) (the “Company”) www.zoomawaytravel.com intends to conduct a private placement of units, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval. The Company intends to offer the units as a price of $0.05 per unit, with each unit consisting of one (1) common voting share of the Company together with one-half (1/2) of a warrant, each whole warrant entitling the holder to acquire an additional common voting share at a price of $0.10 per share for twelve months after closing (the “Units”). The Company plans to offer up to 5,000,000 Units, for gross proceeds of up to $250,000 (the “Offering”). The Offering is being made to accredited investors or similar exempt purchasers.
